Service Continuity During Lockdown

UK ICT support services continue as normal as new lockdown measures for England announced

We want our customers to be reassured that we are prepared for the England lockdown, beginning this Thursday.

Our IT services will be uninterrupted during this lockdown period, although we will be closed to all visitors and will only a visit your premises for essential work that cannot be done by remote access and your business needs to keep operational.

Should you need to deliver or collect equipment or require an essential site visit, please contact us to make special and safe arrangements.

It goes without saying that the point of lockdown is to reduce personal contact between individuals. Consequently we will not be making routine visits to clients’ business premises or accepting visitors without prior agreement.

All our staff are able to work from home with no loss of service for any of our customers. In our offices we work hard to maintain high Covid19 protection when it is necessary for our staff to attend. Phones, E-mail and support services will all continue to function as they currently do, seamlessly integrated between our Telford and Shrewsbury offices and staff working from home. We can continue to provide your business with the IT support it needs during this difficult time.

Sage 50Cloud Accounts Upgrades

Clients operating Sage 50c Accounts will be aware that the annual version release is now being rolled out. We will be carrying out this work by remote access to your Sage servers and desktops. We do not anticipate any change to the planned installations already made.

Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Migrations

A number of clients have Cloud migrations work due to be undertaken over the lockdown period. As we will be fully operational, planned remote support and upgrades will continue as planned. Should this present you, your staff or your business with any difficulty we will re arrange should this not be possible. Please Contact Us
