Required: The West Midlands Engineering Company needed to meet the legislative requirements of HMRC RTI compliance without increasing our staffing costs. A quicker and more cost effective way of calculating wages and tax with the need to implement RTI filing with HMRC. Pension Auto enrolment  staging date was soon approaching and staff and management were unsure of how to deal with this important compliance requirement. For a staff of two it was taking two days each week to work out gross pay on varying shift patterns, calculating PAYE and NIC and providing a cash analysis to obtain the correct funds from the bank. The company needed to reduce the burden on a busy accounts office and be confident that it was meeting its compliance requirements

With implementation, training and support, the payroll process now takes less than half a day and includes the additional tasks of RTI filing with HMRC and managing Pension Auto enrolment.
