Sage Drive EU – Partial Outage

Sage have posted an update on the outage currently affecting Sage Drive. They have confirmed the issues are ongoing and still affecting some users.

The issues are still present for some customers. If you are affected, you may experience ‘Processing please wait’ messages or other performance issues while trying to use Sage Accounts.

  • If you get a warning or error message when opening Sage Accounts and you are a remote user, you must not log in to Sage Accounts. Doing so could cause issues with your data.
  • If you are working in the office, you should be able to use Sage Accounts as normal.
